Purchase & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on AnyConf.net. By completing a purchase you agree to the terms below.

1. What You Are Buying

AnyConf.net offers optional premium features — such as expanded browsing pages and additional favourite slots — as one-time purchases. Each purchase permanently unlocks the corresponding feature for the lifetime of your account.

2. Immediate Delivery of Digital Content

All premium features are delivered and activated immediately upon successful payment. Before purchasing, you are asked to explicitly acknowledge that:

• The digital content will be provided to you without delay.
• You lose your right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling-off period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)) once the feature is activated.

3. No Refunds

Because digital features are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether or how often you use the unlocked feature.

If you believe a charge was made in error or you did not receive the feature, please contact us through the messaging feature on the platform using the "Premium Features" topic.

4. Platform Changes

AnyConf.net is a living product. We may update, improve, or reorganise the platform at any time — including changes to layout, the number of items displayed per page, available filters, and other interface elements.

When you purchase a feature you are buying access to a capability (e.g. "access to page 3 of listings"), not a fixed snapshot of the platform. The specific presentation and content of that capability may evolve over time.

5. Lifetime Access

"Lifetime access" means the feature remains unlocked for as long as your account exists and the service is operational. It does not guarantee that the platform or any specific feature will be available indefinitely.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. AnyConf.net does not store your payment card details.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
