AnyConf.net is a conference discovery platform. We aggregate conference listings and provide tools to filter and save events. We are not an event organiser and do not sell tickets.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise programmatically harvest data from the site (see Section 4.1)
- Attempt to interfere with the operation of the service
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Upload malicious content or code
4.1 Automated Access and Scraping
The sitemap and other machine-readable resources on AnyConf.net are access-controlled. Circumventing or bypassing these protections is prohibited.
In the event that any technical protection fails or is incomplete, only legitimate search engine crawlers — including traditional search engines and AI-powered search engines — are permitted to access and index content. All other automated access, scraping, crawling, or data harvesting remains strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Ai Epoque AS.
4.2 AI Training Prohibition
Content from AnyConf.net — including but not limited to conference listings, user-facing text, page structure, and aggregated data — may not be used to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or otherwise develop machine learning or artificial intelligence models without explicit written consent from Ai Epoque AS. This prohibition applies regardless of how the content was obtained.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and branding on AnyConf.net is owned by Ai Epoque AS or our licensors. Conference listing data is aggregated from public sources and attributed where applicable.
6. Payments
The core platform is free to use. Optional premium features — such as expanded browsing pages and additional favourite slots — can be unlocked through one-time purchases. Each purchase grants permanent access to the corresponding feature for the lifetime of your account.
Payments are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that digital goods are delivered immediately and that you waive any right of withdrawal upon activation. For full details, see our Purchase & Refund Policy.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of conference listings, and we are not responsible for any actions taken based on information found on the site.
We do however strive to provide you a neat and usable service with correct information.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, owners of AnyConf.net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
